We offer store credit for returns. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if received, and tags still attached.
Accessories and gift cards are exempt from being returned for store credit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where store credit and/or exchanges will not be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded for store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the website so that we can provide a shipping label and process the exchange.
To return your product, please contact us first and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, a refund or exchange will be processed with return shipping charges being deducted from the total. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
